Payments made directly on the Safes website
If within 30 days of purchasing a Safes plan, you change your mind and would like to cancel, simply contact our Support Team to request a refund.
Payments made via in-app purchases
If you paid via an in-app purchase on the Parents’ App on iTunes/App Store or Google Play Store, a Premium license will be added to your Safes account, but the subscription details are held by Apple (for iTunes/App Store purchases) or Google (for Play Store purchases).
Please note that to cancel/refund your subscription, you will need to contact Apple or Google directly as Safes does not hold any billing information concerning your payment.
The steps of canceling the autorenewal of Safes Premium differ based on the platform you used to enter your payment details.
The Safes App on an Android Device
As explained by Google, to cancel a subscription that was purchased using Android's Play Store (Including Safes Premium), you must follow these steps:
Launch the Play Store app on your Android device.
At the top right, tap the profile icon.
Tap on Payments & Subscriptions> Subscriptions.
Select the subscription you want to cancel.
Tap Cancel Subscription.

The Safes App on an iOS Device
As explained by Apple, to cancel a subscription that you purchased with an app from the App Store (Including Safes Premium from the Safes app), you must follow these steps:
Open the Settings app.
Tap your name.
Tap Subscriptions.
Tap the subscription.
Tap the Cancel Subscription button. You might need to scroll down to find the button.
The Safes Website
If you used our website to create a Safes account, you must log in to the Safes web panel on a browser
Open a browser and log in to the Safes panel.
Click on Settings from the sidebar.
Click on Plans to view your subscription plans.
Click Cancel plan.
Read the information presented and tick the box that says "I have read the above information. I agree to cancel my subscription."
Click on Cancel subscription to complete the process.
