Safes School is a web-based application made by a group of experts, only to help educators and School management create better environments for students and children using their mobile devices. Safes School which is offered in two different plans, offers various features and functionalities, and it enables authorities at the school to monitor, manage, and control digital activities among students.

In this article, I'm demonstrating the Alerts feature of Safes School Basic, so that users will get to know what it does and how it works.

Alerts are to notify the management of school events. Every time an action takes place, a notification is sent to the school panel. For example, when a student is running low on battery, a notification will be shown on the alerts panel on Safes School Basic (and Advanced.)

There are two ways that users can access the Alerts section on the Safes School Basic (and Advanced) panel:

  1. Through the notification icon on the top right of the panel

  2. Through the Alerts tab

This illustration shows the quick access Alerts section on the main panel.

This illustration shows the full Alerts panel where users can access detailed notifications.

On the Alerts tab, you can see different sets of data. The data includes Device Names, Web Filter Alerts, Safe Search Alerts, and Screen Time Alerts.

If you click on the notification under each column, you will see a window like this, indicating the alert details.

You can customize alerts to receive notifications on particular sections of Safes School.

  1. Click on Customize Alerts

  2. Choose the items you want to receive alerts for.
You can opt to receive alerts on Safe Search, Web Filter, Screen Time, App Usage, and device battery percentage. You can also toggle on to receive Push Notifications.

  3. Press "Save Changes."

By toggling these settings on and off, you can enable and disable intended settings.

Remember: You can always change any of the settings you previously arranged on Safes School Basic.
