No, they can't. After Safes Kids is installed on your child's device and paired with your account, Safes will ask for a series of permissions. Among these needed permissions, such as Accessibility, Location, and Battery Optimization, there is the Device Admin permission which does not allow your child to uninstall the app without having the PIN code.
