There are sever reasons why you are encountering this issue. You may have turned off the app's notification from the notification configuration profile, and you simply need to switch it back on to fix the problem. Or, you may have deactivated the in-app notification configuration option for a particular child. In this case, you can go to the in-app notification settings and re-activate it.
