Safes School Advanced: Dashboard

Safes School is a purpose-built solution for educational institutions to manage student attendance, monitor device usage, and oversee online activities. It aims to be the ultimate answer to the concerns of authorities and parents. This application seamlessly integrates with the Safes Kids app, eliminating the need for additional student device configurations. With an intuitive interface that doesn't demand complex instructions, Safes School is easy to install and work with.


Safes School dashboard is the control center of the application. Users can quickly access the school information and manage the data.

Safes Schools Dashboard contains different sections and functionalities. Let's take a closer look at what the dashboard has.

School Info

This section provides data on the number of classes, students, devices, and staff at school. Users can quickly add more items to the list by clicking the "Add" button.

Note that you can add classes using separate tabs as well.

Today's Attendance

This section allows the school management to monitor student's attendance in each class. It provides information on the number of students who are present, late, or absent.

Students' attendance is determined through their device checking into the school's geofence.

School Stats (Past 7 Days)

The statistics on the dashboard show sets of data regarding the following items:

  • Web Activities (browsed websites and keywords)

  • Screen Time Average

  • Most Used Apps

Using the information on School Stats, school management can set strategies and plans regarding the following activities.

Class Schedule

The class schedule shows the weekly timing of each class. The schedule is previously set while adding a class in the "Classes" tab. To change the information in this section, the user can go to the classes tab and re-arrange the timing.

Activity Logs

As displayed in the image below, the data on this part shows the latest events surrounding Devices, Classes, and Students. By clicking on the "view info" button, the user can see more of the event with in-depth details.

Admin Buttons

These buttons are for the admins, giving quick access to admin necessities. Some of these items may include:

  • Profile (admin info)

  • School settings

  • Billing

  • Invite people (to add as staff)

  • Quick notifications

  • Night mode

All the info on the dashboard is either previously entered, or it can be edited later.

The Dashboard is available for both school versions (Basic and Advanced). The data available on each version is according to the plan features.
